Cyclical Nature of things

    With this project I want to focus on the cycles and relationship between man made metals and their decay in comparison to the decay and regrowth of nature.  When thinking of ideas for this project I started thinking about how flowers are all ready popping up while other plants are still leafless.  I thought it was intriguing that such soft and fragile plants are so resilient and return every spring yet seemingly strong industrial metals have such a short life span.  This made me think of how our bodies are so resilient and I have broken so many bones yet our bodies will still outlast most seemingly strong objects.
